When you take a vacation to Walt Disney World it is important to include any transportation issues in your planning. This is because the theme park is so big that you cannot just walk around and expect to go through the park. You will need to have proper transportation. There are tons of ways you can travel through the park. The most common are the buses, boats, and the monorail.

Planning a trip to Walt Disney World in Orlando needs to be a fun thing. You don’t want to have any stresses on your vacation. The point of a vacation is to get away of the daily life stresses for a little while. If you have been working with US immigration because your name was chosen through the green card lottery you might be really stressed. Disney is the best place to go to relax and forget about everything.

There are many waterways that run through the Walt Disney World theme park. Although it may seem like the waterways are all interconnected you cannot take a boat from one resort to another. However, you can only ride the boats for transportation throughout the local resort you are in. The boats are very convenient. The Friendship boat transports people within the Epcot resorts through the Disney Boardwalk and the International Gateway entrance. There are many stops that include the Yacht & Beach Club, Swan & Dolphin, Boardwalk, International Gateway, and more.

The Monorail is another form of transportation that is very convenient and you will most likely find yourself needing to ride on this. The rail connects the Contemporary, Grand Floridian, and Polynesian resorts into the Magic Kingdom and Epcot. The ride is air conditioned and a very enjoyable form of transportation on your trip. You might think they use aromatherapy diffusers on the monorail because it is a very pleasant ride. This system is also comprised of three loops. The first stops at the three resorts and Magic Kingdom. The second offers a non-stop ride from the transportation and ticket center to Epcot. This is the best option when you need to go from a resort to the ticket center.

There are buses throughout the Disney World area and you will see them running from the crack of dawn until late in the evenings. This is the heart of the transportation for the resorts. You can get direct service to and from each resort to all of the major theme parks and to Downtown Disney. The buses are marked very clearly. This is a convenient form of transportation but it can be time consuming if you have to transfer buses to get to where you want to go.

There are many forms of transportation you might decide upon when you plan a trip to the Walt Disney World resorts. When you plan your itinerary you must plan a way to get to and from each of the resorts too. Be sure you know where you will go to get on and off the transportation and the times the transportation is available.
